I have Windows XP, will I have problems running the software? No, you should not have any problems as the software runs on XP, Vista and Windows 7.
I have used the software, found an earlier date and passed my test but now it's not allowing my sister to use it for her test, why not? The software license that you have purchased is for your use only. Your sister would need to use the trial version or buy her own software license in order to use the full version of the software.
My Driving Licence number has changed and the software does not allow me to login, what do I do? Contact us immediately and we will issue you with a new license key.
How does the Test Cancellation Notifier work? Firstly, before you download the software you need to have a test already booked. Once it’s booked Test Cancellation Notifier will scan the DSA website and notify you immediately when an earlier test appears.
How do I set up Email Alerts? Click the Settings button within Test Cancellation Notifier and then select the Alerts tab. Tick the Email box at the top and then enter your email address in the box below. Click OK. |
